We are H2O... “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink” Jesus, John 7:37. We believe that we all have needs and wants that this world cannot satisfy. Jesus says He can and proves to us each day that He can. His love for us is incredible and worth pursuing and at H2O that is what we do-pursue Jesus and get to know Him even more.
The goal of SCC Student Ministries is to connect students with God through worship, studying the Bible, prayer and experiencing life together. We meet each Wednesday in the Youth Center, which is on the second floor of the Family Life Center at Sanibel Community Church.
Each week we gather for worship and then split up into our breakout groups where we learn more about Jesus and how we can grow deeper in our walk with Him. Throughout the school year of 2009-2010 we will be focusing on Matthew 5. The snack bar opens at 5 p.m., providing not only great food, but with and time to hang out together. The last Wednesday of each month is The Flood. We have an extended time of worship and hear about how God has been showing Himself to us throughout the month.
