Intergenerational Bible Study & Leader Support
Women of His Word
WOHW is a gathering of women who come together weekly to study the Bible using a verse by verse approach. In this approach we learn the culture, the intent of the author, Biblical truths, and application to our own lives. Preparation is encouraged prior to attendance to enrich our discussion time which is done in a friendly atmosphere with challenging questions. The study passages and questions are sent in the Women’s Newsletter each week. The beginner to Bible study is welcomed as is the ‘pro.’ We also invite regular attenders and visitors to drop in and have a ‘taste.’
Beginning September 2018, we will dig into 1 & 2 Samuel. This study is offered twice on Island and once off-island at Shell Point on Thursday mornings.
